# Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Pro Bravio (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit [probravio.com](https://probravio.com/), why, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: [info@probravio.com](mailto:info@probravio.com).

### Information we collect

### When you contact us or request a quote

The details you type into our contact form or the 3D Design Room: email, phone, company, website, name, country, your message, sizes and quantities, and the designs, logos and images you upload. We use them to answer your request, prepare mockups, samples and quotes, and to do business with you.

### When you join our email list

If you sign up (popup, footer form, or the tick box on our forms) we store your email address together with a record of your consent: the date and time, the page and the wording you agreed to, your IP address and approximate location. We send news about new designs, fabrics and offers — usually one or two emails a month. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.

### Website analytics

We run our own analytics; the data is stored in our own database (hosted by Vercel and Neon) and is not shared with advertising networks.

- **If you accept cookies**: we store a random visitor ID in your browser and record the pages you view, when, the site or campaign you came from, your device, browser and language, your IP address and the approximate city and country derived from it. This lets us see how visitors use the site and connect a later enquiry to your earlier visits. We keep this information until you ask us to delete it.

- **If you decline or don’t choose**: we only count the page view with its country, page, device type and source. No IP address or visitor ID is stored and nothing is saved in your browser.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser; the banner will appear again.

### Cookies and similar technologies

We use your browser’s local storage for: your cookie choice, the random visitor and session IDs (only after you accept), whether you have seen or answered our sign-up popup, and — in the Design Room — your current design so you don’t lose it. We do not use advertising cookies.

### Legal bases (EU/UK visitors)

Answering enquiries and preparing quotes: steps before a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to you. Marketing emails and detailed analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Anonymous page counts and security logs: our legitimate interest in running and protecting the website.

### Who processes your data

Vercel Inc. hosts the website and its file storage, Neon hosts the database; our email provider delivers our emails. Your approximate location (country and city) is looked up from the IP address by our hosting provider, Vercel. We don’t sell your personal information.

### International transfers

We are based in Pakistan and our servers are operated by Vercel and Neon, which may store data in the United States and other countries. They provide safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

### Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information, to stop marketing emails, or to stop analytics about you. Email [info@probravio.com](mailto:info@probravio.com) and we will respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents can also complain to their local data protection authority.

### Children

Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 16.

### Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
