Our factory is in Rangpura, Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. We have manufactured custom sportswear there since 2015 with a team of 30+ people. Sialkot is one of the world’s best-known centres for sportswear and sports goods manufacturing. ### What is the smallest order I can place? 10 pieces per design. We work with fitness and sportswear brands, private-label businesses and companies building their own apparel line. Every order is made to the customer's design, sizing and branding. ### What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? The minimum order is **10 pieces per design**. Some customizations have their own minimums: printing from **100 pieces**, fabric washing from **50 pieces**, woven and satin labels from **500 pieces**, and reactive dyeing from **800 pieces**. Our designers create a design mockup for your product free of charge. Once you approve the design, we move on to sampling. ### Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order? Yes. After you approve the design and bulk pricing, we produce a sample in your specified size and design for **US$50**. It is ready in about 2 days and shipped by DHL, typically arriving within 2 to 3 working days. You review it and send feedback, and if anything needs changing we revise the sample before full production starts. ### How does the ordering process work? 1. **Share product details** — tell us the product, fabric preference, sizing and quantity by email, the contact form or WhatsApp. 2. **Design and sample** — we create a free design mockup, then a sample for your approval. 3. **Production** — once the sample is approved, bulk production begins. 4. **Shipping and delivery** — every piece is inspected, then shipped to your address with tracking. ### Which printing methods do you offer? Silk screen printing, flock printing, water-based (pigment) printing, discharge printing, digital printing, puff printing, glow-in-the-dark printing, Direct to Film (DTF) and Direct to Garment (DTG). Yes — we are a private label clothing manufacturer. We produce custom woven labels, satin labels, hang tags and heat transfer printed labels, and can supply custom branded packaging. Common options include cotton, polyester, fleece, nylon, spandex, terry cloth, velour, jersey knit, microfiber, tricot and mesh. We help you choose a fabric that suits the product, the season and your market. ### Do you offer embroidery? Yes: regular embroidery, 3D (puff) embroidery and embroidered patches. We offer direct color dyeing, reactive dyeing, tie dye, dip dye, neon dyeing and yarn dyeing. Reactive dyeing starts from 800 pieces. Every piece is inspected before shipment. For dyed garments our in-house quality control includes crocking, detergent washing, light exposure, perspiration resistance and color fastness tests. Samples are approved by you before bulk production. ### Where do you ship?
