Preshrunk Washing

Enzyme Washing

Stone Washing
Stone washing is a process designed to soften fabric fibers and give garments a vintage, worn-in look. It has become a widely used technique in the sports apparel industry as an alternative to traditional washing methods, adding a distinct character to clothing.
At Pro Bravio, the stone-washing process involves multiple steps to ensure high-quality results. First, the fabric is placed in a wash drum with small stones that gently rub against it, softening the fibers and polishing the surface. This process effectively removes any oily or shiny residue left from dyeing, giving the fabric a naturally faded, aged appearance.
Once the stone-washing cycle is complete, the fabric is thoroughly rinsed to eliminate any remaining stone particles. It is then dried in a controlled environment with precise temperature and humidity settings to maintain its washed effect. Additional treatments, such as waterproofing or fire-retardant finishes, can also be applied based on specific requirements.
